You have 14 days to return any unworn merchandise for account credit only. We do not cover the cost of your returns. Your account credit can be used online or in store. *All sale items and accessories are a final sale* Please follow the following steps to return an item.

1. Email us at shopjacclothing@gmail.com to let us know you're shipping back an item. Please do not message us on social media regarding returns!

2. Send your item to our storefront. Jac Clothing, 6012 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71106.

3. Once we receive your item we will notify you with your online credit code.

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE ORDER DATE WILL BE DONATED! WE WILL EMAIL YOU WHEN YOUR ITEM IS READY FOR PICK UP. AFTER THAT IT IS UP TO YOU TO REMEMBER TO GET YOUR ITEMS FROM OUR STORE!
